So many people love scrambled eggs but never make them like they are able to get a the restaurants they go to daily.

Two things that keep you from the perfect scrambled egg is what you put in them and how hot the skillet is that you cook them in…

Instead of milk use one teaspoon of cold tap water per egg you are going to prepare. They come out fluffy and moist just like at your favorite eatery. Then whisk in a bowl until fluffy - about one minute -

Preheat your skillet to medium low - even if you use a non stick pan - spray a little (very little) bit of butter flavored Pam - Pour your eggs in the pan and watch them - a lot of us try to multi-task while cooking breakfast and forget about the easiest thing to scorch or burn (and there is nothing worse than a home filled with the smell of scorched eggs) - using a rubber spatula stir them frequently - When the eggs are about ninety percent done - take off the heat and continue stirring - the residual heat from the pan will continue to cook them and prevent burning your morning meal.

Then add some cheddar cheese right as your about to serve them - (about 1/2 teaspoon per egg) -

Next time we talk about eggs - It will be about baking scrambled eggs with cheese.
